The atlas has been a lifeline for expeditioners navigating the vast seas and varied terrains of the Asia Pacific region as far back as records began. Just as the earliest explorers relied on an atlas for safe navigation through the region, AsiaPac Oil & Gas relies on ATLAS quality management system to safely and effectively navigate our daily business, ensuring safe, consistent and reliable service delivery at all times.

ATLAS is an ISO 9001:2015 and API Specification Q2 compliant management system that acts as a map for AsiaPac Oil & Gas personnel to guide them through each and every process relating to our services and related products.

What is ATLAS

AsiaPac Oil & Gas uses a formalised Integrated Management System (Quality and HSE combined) known as ATLAS. This system is branded and was constructed before AsiaPac Oil & Gas had any intention to commence operations, and the name was derived from AsiaPac Oil & Gas’ “geographical” company name. 

The ATLAS Integrated Management System is accessible through any iOS or Android mobile system such as a smart phone or tablet, and all documents are downloadable or able to be synchronized to laptops for offline usage. It was created with the clear vision of having a branded, comprehensive management system that is an integral part of the way the company does business.

Atlas is:

  • a completely API Spec Q2 compliant Management System (certification pending);
  • a completely ISO 9001 and legacy ISO TS29001 compliant Management System;
  • a completely ISO 45001 compliant Management System;
  • mobile accessible, allowing offline synchronisation and mobility;
  • a branded system that encourages usage, and is a fully integrated part of our business;
  • created with a clear objective to create complete QAQC and HSE management; and
  • designed for ease of use and access by all AsiaPac Oil & Gas employees.

API Spec Q2 and ISO 9001 Compliance

The ATLAS management system was created with the clear vision of having a branded, comprehensive management system that is an integral part of the way the company does business. AsiaPac Oil & Gas developed this system in-house, and it has been 2 years in the making – before any intention of conducting operations or seeking a contract. This system is the foundation of our business.

ATLAS contains all required API Q2 documentation, including Level 1 corporate manuals and statements, Level 2 processes, Level 3 work instructions, Level 4 records and Level 5 forms.
